"Sowing Seeds of Friendship and Knowledge"

Our objectives are to promote the love of gardening among amateurs, to promote the study of horticulture, to protect native trees, wildflowers and birds, and to encourage and implement sustainable civic planning and planting in Glynn County, Georgia.

Live Oaks Garden Club is a member of The National Garden Clubs, Inc., Deep South Region, The Garden Clubs of Georgia, Inc., Oleander District, and Saint Simons Council of Garden Clubs.

We meet monthly September through May, on the 4th Monday of the month, 9:30 am at Frederica Presbyterian Church, 150 Delamotte Road, St. Simons Island unless otherwise published.

Live Oaks Garden Club does not meet formally during the summer, but our members are busy tending our award winning butterfly garden located in Demere Park. Other members continue to care for their adopted Live Oak Tree(s) located along Airport Road.
